Our naturally-raised goat meat is $6.50/lb hanging weight (taken by processor). This is a deposit to reserve your portion. The remaining amount will be due at the time of pickup. Pickup will begin Oct 5th. We will process goats in batches until all are sold. Please contact the farm if you would like a different pickup date.

You may request the cut you want, or you may go with the recommended ones below:

"Whole-Carcass" goat yielded the following (note that this is a sample and yields will vary depending on the size of the goat):

2 hams
9 packages of goat chops
2 packages ribs
6 -1lb packages of ground goat

You may pickup your goat either at the farm in Chattahoochee Hills, at the butcher's in Bowdon, GA or we are willing to deliver it for a fee.
